Dry
Needling
What is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment that provides relief from persistent pain and muscle dysfunction. This specialized technique targets trigger points - tight bands or knots in your muscles - using thin, sterile needles to restore normal muscle function and promote natural healing.
What To Expect From Dry Needling
Quick & Painless
Dry Needling is quick and painless, with treatments under 30 minutes.
Treatment Course
Depending on the severity of your condition, you can expect to have 2-5 treatments per week until we see improvement. To prevent recurrence, we recommend maintenance care of 1-2 times per month.
Absence of Conditions
Much like regular acupuncutre, Dry Needling can resolve many symptoms, even in severe conditions that have been present for a long time.
The Many Applications of Dry Needling
We use dry needling to help patients experiencing:
• Chronic muscle pain and tension
• Sports injuries and muscle strains
• Neck and back pain
• Headaches and migraines
• Joint mobility issues
• Shoulder and hip problems
• Repetitive stress injuries
Even if you've been dealing with pain for years, dry needling can provide remarkable results. Many of our patients experience significant improvement after just a few sessions, with some achieving complete resolution of their symptoms. The technique works by releasing trigger points, improving blood flow, and stimulating your body's natural healing response.
